Mems / Orders

Automatic payments & cancellation

Mems charges for physical print packs. Automatic printing is optional and can be turned off in the app.

Effective: 24 August 2026  ·  Version: 2026-08-24

Not an App Store subscription. Each charge buys a physical pack of photo prints. Stripe processes the payment using your saved card or Apple Pay payment method.

Pack prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include the physical prints and standard fulfilment presented at checkout:

You choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly pack cadence. The app shows your exact pack, cadence and amount before you enable automatic printing or approve a payment. Any taxes, delivery surcharge or price change must be shown before the relevant charge.

How automatic printing works

When you save a payment method and affirmatively enable automatic printing, you authorise Mems to charge the displayed pack price at your chosen cadence for each eligible pack. Before an automatic charge, Mems prepares the required print files and provides advance notice and a review or skip period in the app. Automatic charges continue per eligible pack until you disable automatic printing.

Mems will not charge an incomplete automatic pack. If iOS does not run the required photo preparation, the pack may pause or be skipped and you may be asked to open the app. If your bank requires authentication or declines the payment, the pack pauses until you act; we do not repeatedly charge a declined pack without notice.

Skip, change or cancel

Disabling automatic printing or deleting your account is effective for future charges. Neither action cancels or refunds a pack already charged or submitted for personalised production. Contact support immediately if you need help with a just-placed order; cancellation is not guaranteed once production begins.

Saved payment methods

Stripe securely stores the payment credentials. Mems stores provider references, not your full card number. You can replace the saved method from Settings. To stop charges without replacing it, turn off automatic printing. Account deletion asks Stripe to remove the saved customer/payment-method relationship, subject to records Stripe must retain by law.

Receipts, failed charges and disputes

The app or payment provider supplies a transaction record. If an amount is wrong or unfamiliar, contact [email protected] promptly with the email on your account and the order reference. Never email a full card number. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any mandatory local consumer law remain unchanged.
