We turned the brand book into a structured voice model: tone, claims, terminology, prohibited phrases, audience framing. So “on-brand” became a measurable set of rules, not a subjective opinion. Governance moved out of a document nobody reads and into something every asset is checked against.

We split the analysis into specialised sub-agents: decks, long-form reports, web copy, press releases. Each tuned to that format’s structure and the consistency signals that matter for it. One asset, one lens; every format, the same standard.

Evals that score consistency, not correctness

We built evaluation suites that score every asset against the voice model and flag drift: tone shifts, off-message claims, inconsistent terminology, stale figures. Each with a confidence and a source, so reviewers fix the right thing fast. “Is it consistent?” became a measurement, not a guess.
