We automated the admin behind
visa applications a year—without automating the lawyer.
Every application meant a lawyer reading, checking, and drafting by hand. High stakes, rising volume, and one missed detail could cost a client their visa. The work was skilled, repetitive, and growing.
We built extraction and validation sub-agents that read passports, contracts, bank statements, and supporting documents, then cross-check every field against the latest eligibility rules for that visa class and country. The system flags gaps, contradictions, and missing evidence before a lawyer ever opens the file.
Where the rules allow, the system drafts application forms, cover letters, and client status reports from verified data. Every output is bounded by templates, citation to source, and a human approval gate. Nothing files itself. The lawyer reviews, edits, and signs off.
Every case runs through evaluation suites and a full execution trace: what was read, what was checked, what was flagged, what was approved. When a rule changes or a case goes wrong, we see exactly where, update the rule in one place, and the whole system improves. Governance lives in the workflow, not a policy document.
